Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring Travel Occupational Therapists in Lancaster, OH. This is an on-site, full-time contract position.
Pay: $54 to 56.00 per hour
Type: One year contract (possibility of extension)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Coverage Area: Fairfield, Perry and Hocking county.
Mileage: Reimbursed
Primary Responsibilities:
· Provided physical therapy care and documented all services accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
· Completed Start of Care (SOC) assessments, recertifications, evaluations, and treatment visits in accordance with plan of care
· Performed comprehensive patient assessments, including functional mobility, strength, balance, and pain evaluations
· Developed and implemented individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs
· Monitored patient progress and adjusted interventions to support functional improvement and recovery goals
· Coordinated care with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation staff
Qualifications:
• Active OT license
• Home health & HCHB documentation experience
• Drivers license

Pay Details: $54.00 to $56.00 per hour
