Description

American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedic setting, requiring experience with post-operative hand/wrist cases and custom orthosis fabrication.

Details

• Outpatient orthopedic setting focused on post-operative hand/wrist care
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Thursday 8:40am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-1pm, with some flexibility
• Involves dynamic and static custom-fabrication of orthoses

Requirements

• Active OT state license or compact license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic post-operative hand/wrist care required
• CHT certification preferred

Additional Information

• Travelers are expected to float within the hospital as needed
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
• No set mileage restriction for candidates
• Previous staff or travelers must be separated from the facility for at least 6 months and remain in good standing to be eligible for return
