Occupational Therapist – Acute Care travel assignment in Clancy, Montana, United States. Start date 08/10/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,948 to $2,099 per week with 36 guaranteed hours. Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments of residents requiring occupational therapy services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper-extremity function, cognitive-motor tasks, balance, and safety with functional tasks.
- Provide goal-oriented therapy sessions, gait training, assistive device training, and adaptive equipment recommendations.
- Document progress and modify treatment plans based on resident response and interdisciplinary team input.
- Collaborate with nursing, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, social work, and family/c caregivers to support discharge planning and goal attainment.
- Educate residents and families on safety, activity modification, and home adaptations to promote independence and quality of life.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies, including accurate documentation and billing practices.

Requirements
- Active OT license to practice in Montana or eligibility to obtain MT licensure.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
- NBCOT certification preferred or required by the hiring organization.
- Relevant experience in acute care and/or skilled nursing facility rehabilitation is preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced LTC setting and commit to a 13-week travel assignment; Monday–Friday schedule.
