Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract opportunity in a rehabilitation setting. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions designed to help patients regain independence, improve functional abilities, and enhance overall quality of life.

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate:$51.00 - $59.50 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, acute care, outpatient, or home health settings preferred
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to patient-centered care and positive rehabilitation outcomes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Assess physical, cognitive, and psychosocial barriers impacting functional performance
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
• Assist patients in improving activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, coordination, and independence
• Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices when appropriate
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapy goals, treatment plans, and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and discharge planning activities
• Promote patient safety, independence, and overall quality of life

• Competitive pay rate of $51.00 - $59.50 per hour
