Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide restorative and rehabilitative occupational therapy services as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. The Occupational Therapist will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions designed to maximize independence, safety, functional performance, and quality of life.

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $40.80 - $47.60 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current CPR certification preferred
Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Excellent communication, organizational, and patient education skills
Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, or acute care experience preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs, goals, and treatment plans
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving functional independence
Provide therapeutic interventions designed to enhance activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, strength, coordination, and cognitive function
Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and safety strategies
Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Recommend adaptive devices and environmental modifications to improve patient safety and independence
Participate in care planning and discharge planning activities
Promote patient-centered care and evidence-based rehabilitation practices
