Number of Staff PT: 20 OT - 12

o Day Shift : TUES SAT 8 am -5 pm

o Night Shift -

Patient Ratios 12 patient per day

Type of equipment standard for rehab services

EMR - Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Acute care experience, including clinical rotations while in school

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Experience with complex trauma, complex neuro patients

Standard mobility and ADL focus

Best personality Fit:

High level of accountability and autonomous ability

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

Licensed PT or OT in state of Texas

Floating Area(s):

Will cover all areas of the hospital

Dress Code :

Scrub Color/Attire - hunter green

Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

Weekends and On call(if any)

Will need to cover a Saturday or Sunday shift every week while on contract
