Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel contract assignment. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform activities of daily living.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team while making a meaningful impact on patient recovery and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence and daily living skills.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, acute care, outpatient, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation

Pay Rate:$54.00 $63.00 per hour
