Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of residents’ functional abilities and OT needs
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
- Deliver direct OT services including activities of daily living training, range of motion, motor planning, and adaptive equipment coaching
- Monitor progress, document patient status, and communicate findings to the care team
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to discharge planning and transitions
- Ensure patient safety and maintain compliant documentation and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Active Washington occupational therapy license
- Ability to provide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week assignment with guaranteed 35 hours per week
- Strong documentation and communication skills
