Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living and functional independence
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment use
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
Requirements- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the applicable state
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
- Must present valid state or federal-issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
