Job Summary Occupational Therapist Home Health in a home care setting. This position involves implementing treatment programs and organizing sensorimotor, educational, recreational, and social activities designed to help clients regain physical or mental functioning and adjust to their handicaps. The role requires working under general supervision and delivering patient-centered care to improve quality of life.
Job Details
Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree accredited by the American Medical Association (AMA) and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA); registration by the State of Michigan as an occupational therapist; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association; reliable transportation; minimum of 1 year experience as an Occupational Therapist in a home health setting.

Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: Implements treatment programs and organizes various activities aimed at helping clients regain physical or mental functioning and adjust to their handicaps. Travel to patient locations is required, and possessing a current State of Michigan driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is essential.
