Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Home Health (Massachusetts, Newton) This role involves providing occupational therapy services to patients in their homes who have impairments resulting from injury, disease, or disability. The position requires collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members to identify needs and coordinate care, ensuring a comprehensive approach to recovery and independence.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 1 year certified home care occupational therapy licensure; two years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or homecare as an Occupational Therapist registered with the Board of Registration in Massachusetts; ability to work with various computer software required and knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices preferred; strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations; excellent verbal, written, and electronic communications skills; ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing situations.
• Additional Information: Start date based on credentialing clearance. If not cleared by posted start date, a rescheduled start date will be necessary.
