American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a home health assignment in Alameda County, requiring a CA OT license and 1+ year of home health experience.

Details

• Home health setting covering Alameda County with potential to expand territory as needed

Requirements

• Current, active CA Occupational Therapist license required (if applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Must be able to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants

Additional Information

• Prioritize start of care visits and report them the next day
• Complete clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours of each visit
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisor, intake, and office staff
• Be generally responsive during normal business hours
• Complete 3 days of training, including one in-house day and two in the field
• Meet a productivity requirement based on a points system tied to visit type and weekly caseload
