Description

American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health position requiring 1+ year of home health experience and OASIS proficiency in the Santa Cruz/Watsonville territory.

Details

• Home health setting serving patients in the Santa Cruz/Watsonville territory
• Day shift schedule, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
• Patient visits of up to 6 per day with a 1:1 ratio and 30 productivity points standard
• Weekend coverage required if needed
• No on-call requirements
• EMR system used is Home Health MD

Requirements

• Current CA OT license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
• OASIS experience required
• Reliable personal transportation required

Additional Information

• Scheduling system groups clients to minimize drive time, though occasional travel radius may exceed 50 miles
• Timely communication and documentation required
• Documentation tools provided by facility and must be returned upon completion
