Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT HH) Home Health Location unspecified. This role involves providing occupational therapy services to geriatric patients in a home health setting. Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid license in hand, minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including OASIS experience required for staff completing Start of Care (SOC) in a home health setting. Proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is mandatory.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: BLS certification, active license in hand, minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year of recent home health experience.
• Additional Requirements: Timely documentation and communication are mandatory. All travelers are required to have an active drivers license and personal transportation. RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted at the time of application. On-call rotation may be required. Former permanent employees must be separated for a minimum of 6 months before rejoining as travelers.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with charting system required, experience with acute care or biofeedback is advantageous.
• Responsibility Notes: Provides patient care following clinical standards for geriatric populations, including activities of daily living, edema massage, electrical stimulation, feeding techniques, ultrasound, and various orthopedic interventions.
• Submission Requirements: All candidates must be submitted by Monday orientation, with a valid drivers license and personal transportation.
