Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) in Nashville, Tennessee. The inpatient therapy team emphasizes comprehensive patient care, utilizing current equipment and technology to support recovery and functional improvements.
Job Details:

- Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week

- Required Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR) license, NBCOT certification, current BLS certification, 1 year of relevant experience
- Certifications Required: OTR license, NBCOT, BLS current
- Type of Equipment: Documentation system: Meditech expanse
- Unit Specifics: 45 inpatient rehab beds, 240 med surg/progressive care/ICU beds; patient ratiosrehab unit 5 to 1 or 6 hours of treatment, acute care 12-14 patients per day
- Unit Staffing: N/A
- Floating Policy: Must be open to floating between acute care and inpatient rehab treatments
- Procedures Performed: Evaluations, therapeutic exercise, activities of daily living (ADL), therapeutic activities, neuromuscular reeducation therapy including CPT codes
- Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit-specific policies and guidelines
