Occupational Therapist (OT) - Inpatient services in a community-based critical access hospital setting. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with injuries or conditions affecting self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence, primarily within acute care outpatient and inpatient environments. The assignment spans from September 28, 2026, to December 28, 2026, with a schedule of dayshift hours.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license required. Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
