Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to adult patients in an acute care setting
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Float to other affiliated facilities as needed within the assigned region
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient rehabilitation goals

Required Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapy (OT) License
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Acute care experience required
• Adult rehabilitation facility experience required
• COVID-19 vaccination and booster required — proof must be provided upon submission
• Must have prior travel assignment experience within the last 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Prior experience in a teaching hospital setting
