Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our brand new 42-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. You will provide essential care in a vibrant environment equipped with state-of-the-art therapy equipment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 therapy based on individualized patient care plans.
- Engage effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient experience.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage patient care efficiently.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 6 months experience in acute care, skilled nursing facility (SNF), or inpatient rehabilitation unit.
- Current Florida state nursing license.
- Proficient time management skills and the ability to incorporate weekend shifts into your availability are pluses.
