Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and hands-on treatment for outpatient rehab patients
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized therapy plans to improve functional outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (PT, SLP, and other rehab staff) to coordinate care
- Document patient progress in the charting system and communicate with family/caregivers as appropriate
- Provide therapy for specialty areas in outpatient services, including lymphedema management, wound care, and other programs as available
- Ensure patient safety, appropriate progression, and adherence to facility policies and best practices

Requirements
- Active occupational therapy license to practice in Georgia
- 15–18 months of recent OT experience within the outpatient specialty
- Lymphedema certification required
- AHA BLS certification required
- Ability to work in an outpatient multidisciplinary rehab setting and collaborate across disciplines
- Eligibility to work in the United States

Education
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program
- Licensure and credentials current and in good standing per state requirements
