Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Certifications Requirements:

• Current Texas State license for Occupational Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• CPR certification.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a long-term care setting.
