Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Mendham, New Jersey. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help patients improve independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities - Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide occupational therapy services to improve functional independence.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements - Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Previous rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
