Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated patient care
Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, activities, and treatments
Gain valuable experience monitoring patient progress and documenting treatment interventions
Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Arkansas
Active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Completion of all required credentialing, background checks, immunizations, and competency assessments
