The staff consists of a diverse team, ensuring a supportive working atmosphere. The standard staff ratio is 2:1 for occupational therapists to assistants. You will typically manage 9-13 patients per day. Candidates must possess strong communication and collaboration skills. Flexibility is essential given the acute care nature of the practice. The position offers a high degree of autonomy in patient care planning. There is an interdisciplinary approach to meeting patient and community needs.
