Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Arkansas
Active BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Completion of all required health screenings, background checks, and competency assessments
