Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Florida Occupational Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient orthopedic and hand therapy experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience making custom hand splints and managing a full hand caseload is required.
  • Proficiency with outpatient documentation, goal writing, and letters of medical necessity in compliance with payer and clinic guidelines.
  • Ability to evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide discipline-specific direction and delegation.
  • Ability to participate in student supervision and contribute to clinical education preferred.

Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Outpatient.
  • Duration: 13 Week assignment.
  • Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
  • Weekly Schedule: Monday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM; Tuesday 8:00 AM–12:00 AM (12 PM or 12-hour end as listed); Wednesday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM; Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
  • Patient Population: Outpatient orthopedic and hand therapy; full hand caseload required.
  • Clinical Requirements: Must be comfortable making splints and managing hand-specific interventions.
