Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week guaranteed, 8-hour day shifts. Flexibility to work a weekend day if needed.

Requirements:
Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Montana or ability to obtain
Allied healthcare certification as a COTA
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required
