Location: Warsaw, Virginia
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week
Highlights:
Travel assignment lasting approximately 89 days through December 26, 2026
Work in a skilled nursing facility setting providing meaningful patient care

Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Virginia
Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
Active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Clean professional license and background check required
