Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $1,729 to $1,929 per week in Atlantis, FL

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a brand-new inpatient rehabilitation unit in Atlantis, FL.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Occupational Therapy license required prior to start.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in acute care, skilled nursing facility (SNF), or inpatient rehabilitation unit required.
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system preferred.
• Ability to perform 1:1 therapy and use common therapy equipment in an inpatient rehab setting.
• Good critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills. Ability to incorporate weekends into a 5-day workweek is a plus.
• Grey scrubs required as dress code.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Hospital — Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
• Shift name: Days.
• Shift hours: 08:30–17:00.
• Scheduling: 5 days per week, 8-hour shift expectation.
• Floating: Primary float within the IP Rehab unit.
• Unit size: 42-bed inpatient rehab unit with new equipment.
