Requirements:- Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Kansas
- Active BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Minimum competency score of 80% and completion of Joint Commission Core I, II, and III training
