Seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract opportunity in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that help patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily living activities.

REQUIREMENTS
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current NBCOT certification preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, or acute care settings preferred
Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Commitment to patient-centered care and quality outcomes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Assess physical, cognitive, sensory, and functional abilities
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs)
Train patients in adaptive techniques and the use of assistive equipment
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy goals and home programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and patient progress reviews
Ensure compliance with professional standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements
Promote patient safety, independence, and overall quality of life

Competitive pay rate of $45.00 - $52.50 per hour
