Patient ratios are estimated at 4 patients per shift for inpatient rehab and 10-12 patients per shift for acute care. The documentation system used is Meditech. There are call requirements for a minimum of one full weekend per month. The position will float between inpatient rehab and acute care therapy. Typical procedures performed include initial assessments, re-evaluations, and follow-up treatments. Candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced unit and able to function independently.
