Requirements:- Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Virginia Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license
- Active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience with therapeutic modalities and NetHealth documentation system preferred
- Clean professional license and background clearance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
