JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that help patients improve independence, restore functional abilities, and enhance quality of life. This contract opportunity is ideal for therapists passionate about patient-centered rehabilitation and interdisciplinary collaboration.

SHIFT DETAILS

Shift Time: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
Schedule: Monday Friday
Day Shift

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $46.20 - $53.90 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License
Current state licensure in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred
Current BLS certification preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

State or federal ID required
Photo badge must be worn at all times
Monday through Friday schedule
35 guaranteed hours per week
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence and quality of life
Assist patients in developing, recovering, and maintaining activities of daily living (ADLs)
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and adaptive techniques
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Ensure compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements
