Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Crossville, TN. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills following injury, illness, or disability. This role supports restorative and maintenance therapy in a long-term care environment while offering the opportunity to work in a new community.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Tennessee OT license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document patient progress, and conduct functional assessments.
  • Client-specific requirement: experience with ADL training, durable medical equipment assessment, and fall risk evaluation preferred.
