Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $46.80 - $54.60 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current CPR certification preferred
Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, or acute care experience preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, coordination, strength, and functional independence
Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers regarding adaptive equipment, home safety strategies, and therapeutic exercises
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress notes
Recommend adaptive devices and environmental modifications to support independence and safety
Participate in care planning and discharge planning activities
Promote evidence-based rehabilitation practices and patient-centered care
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
