Key Responsibilities of the Travel Occupational Therapist (OT):
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living, motor, and functional skills
Assist patients in recovering from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to regain independence
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and equipment use
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patient care
Requirements of the Travel Occupational Therapist (OT):
Active Maryland Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
