Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract opportunity in a rehabilitation setting. Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $48.00 - $56.00 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, or acute care settings preferred
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient care skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Commitment to patient-centered care and positive clinical outcomes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and functional independence
Assess cognitive, physical, and psychosocial barriers impacting performance
Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment and assistive devices
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapy goals and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapy assistants, and other healthcare professionals
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and patient progress reviews
Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life

Guaranteed 35 hours per week
Competitive pay rate of $48.00 - $56.00 per hour
