Join our team for a school-based contract assignment where you will support elementary and middle school students, contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to help students improve, succeed, and thrive.


What We're Looking For


  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Current state license in good standing with the State License Board of Illinois.
  • NBCOT Certification.
  • Educator's License preferred.
  • Experience working in school settings with elementary and middle school age students required.
  • Experience conducting school-based assessments, writing IEPs, and delivering classroom or pull-out therapy preferred.
  • Client requirement: must be able to split assignment and provide services at multiple district sites, including West Aurora (candidate will split time between sites).


What You'll Do:


  • Provide occupational therapy services in a school-based setting for elementary and middle school students.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments; develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school support teams to integrate therapy strategies into the school day.
  • Maintain compliant documentation according to district, state, and federal guidelines.
