What We're Looking For
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Current Illinois occupational therapy license in good standing with the State License Board
- NBCOT Certification
- Educator's License
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Illinois OT license in good standing.
- NBCOT certification required.
- Valid Educator's License or appropriate school-based credential required.
- Experience providing occupational therapy services in a school setting, including conducting assessments and developing IEPs.
- Experience working with elementary and middle school students (ES, MS) preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams.
- Compliant documentation skills per district, state, and federal guidelines.
- Preferred: prior experience in special education caseload management and school-based assistive technology.
