What We're Looking For


  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Current Illinois OT license in good standing with the State License Board.
  • NBCOT Certification.
  • Educator's License or eligibility for a school-based credential in Illinois.
  • Experience providing occupational therapy services in school settings, including assessment, IEP development, and progress monitoring. (Client requires school-based experience.)
  • Experience working with elementary and high school age students and ability to support FMLA-related coverage for those populations.


What You'll Do:


  • Provide occupational therapy services in a school-based setting.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy to elementary and high school students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student outcomes.
  • Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements


  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Illinois OT license in good standing.
