Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Michigan Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years. (Client requirement.)
  • Experience with HCHB electronic medical record required. (Client requirement.)
  • Experience providing care across a multi-county territory preferred. (Preferred.)

Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Home Health.
  • Shift: Days, 8 hours per shift, Monday through Friday.
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Territory: multiple ZIP codes including 49707, 49777, 49766, 49747, 49744, 49753, 48742, 48721, 48740. Candidates must be able to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Length of Contract: 13 weeks.
