his Pediatric Occupational Therapist opportunity is based in Norfolk, Virginia, a dynamic coastal city on the Chesapeake Bay known for its beautiful waterfront, lively arts scene, and welcoming community. The city features a vibrant downtown, the renowned Chrysler Museum of Art, and the interactive Nauticus maritime center, along with waterfront festivals at Town Point Park and nearby beaches that provide ample recreation outside of work.
The position is within a well-established outpatient pediatric therapy setting focused on providing high-quality, individualized care to children and their families. The environment supports creativity in treatment planning and encourages therapists to integrate play, technology, and evidence-based techniques to keep children engaged and progressing toward their goals.
Shifts are generally daytime, outpatient hours that offer consistency and the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and families over time. The clinic culture emphasizes teamwork, professional growth, and open communication.
