Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $1,967 to $2,167 per week in Fremont, CA

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We seek a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills while exploring a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred. (Client may require BLS; verify prior to start.)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Experience providing restorative nursing, ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to perform safe patient transfers and work with patients who have complex medical conditions, including cognitive impairment and mobility limitations.
