JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide restorative and rehabilitative occupational therapy services as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. The Occupational Therapist will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions designed to maximize independence, safety, functional performance, and quality of life.

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs, goals, and treatment plans
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized care planning
Deliver and document occupational therapy interventions in accordance with established care plans
Provide active and passive therapeutic exercises, muscle re-education, functional training, and ADL support
Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Educate patients, caregivers, and staff regarding therapeutic techniques and safety measures
Collaborate with rehabilitation professionals and healthcare providers to support optimal outcomes
Supervise and provide guidance to Occupational Therapy Assistants as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Bachelor s Degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master s Degree preferred
Active Occupational Therapist License or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state
CPR and First Aid Certification preferred upon hire and required within designated timeframe if not already certified
Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
1-2 years of Occupational Therapy experience
Experience in outpatient rehabilitation, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings
Experience treating adult and geriatric populations
Experience working with medically complex patients
Experience with adult and/or geriatric patient populations
Pediatric-only experience will not be considered
