Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home health services to patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. This role focuses on restoring independence in daily living through skilled evaluation, treatment, and documentation while working across a defined county coverage area in Lancaster, OH.


Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degrees acceptable.
  • Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required prior to start.
  • Minimum one year of home health occupational therapy experience required.
  • Experience with HCHB electronic documentation required.
  • BLS certification may be required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Ability to perform Start of Care, evaluations, recertifications, and skilled treatment visits in the home health setting.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for patient visits. Mileage reimbursement provided between visits from first patient to last patient.
  • Preferred: lymphedema therapy experience.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Home Health.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 0800-1600; note client shift guidance lists 8:00-4:30 for scheduling.
  • Weekly Hours: 40 hour guarantee.
  • Coverage Area: Fairfield, Perry, and Hocking counties in Ohio.
  • Primary responsibilities: provide OT care, document in EMR, perform Start of Care, recertifications, evaluations, and treatment visits.
  • Dress code: scrubs.
