Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Baltimore, MD. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to assess and treat patients in the home health setting to improve independence with daily activities while experiencing a new community.


Minimum Requirements

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required. Bachelor’s or Doctoral degree acceptable where applicable by state licensure rules.
  • Active Maryland Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • Home Health experience required.
  • Experience with Homecare Homebase required.
  • Ability to perform home environment assessments and recommend adaptive equipment.
  • Competence in performing functional assessments, documenting CMS-required elements, and developing plan of care in coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
  • BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on a care team preferred.

  • On Call/Weekend Requirement: No.
