Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience providing evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and documentation consistent with SNF requirements preferred.

Job Summary

Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
