Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,080 to $2,280 per week in Phoenix, AZ

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• Proof of current CPR certification is required.
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance are required due to home health travel requirements.
• Minimum of two years experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required. Experience providing skilled services in a home health environment is preferred.
• Ability to perform clinical assessments, develop and document Plans of Care, fabricate and maintain adaptive equipment and hand splints, and provide direct therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and travel locally. Ability to perform prolonged standing, walking, lifting, bending, pushing and pulling as required for home-based care.
• Meets mandatory continuing education requirements of the licensing board.
• Preferred: Experience with home safety evaluations, adaptive equipment prescriptions, and electronic clinical documentation systems.
