Job Title: Pediatric Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Occupational Therapy - Pediatrics Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS, NBCOT Must-Have: - Experience with activities of daily living - Experience in pediatric outpatient therapy - Skills in assessment and early intervention - Knowledge of developmental delays and associated therapies Description: This position focuses on outpatient pediatric occupational therapy. The ideal candidate will work with a variety of pediatric developmental diagnoses and delays. Activities of daily living, sensory integration, and neurodevelopmental treatment will be key components of care. The therapist will also engage in patient and family education. There is no floating required for this role, and no weekend shifts are expected. All pediatric developmental diagnosis delays will be included in this position's scope of practice. Documentation will be completed using an electronic medical record system. Candidates must be willing to adhere to all departmental policies and procedures.
