• Active New York State OT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with ADL/IADL training, splinting, and therapeutic modalities preferred.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records required.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
